A standard cleaning service involving the following:

• Dusting and polishing of all surfaces
• Emptying, replacing bags, and cleaning of Trash Cans
• Dusting and/or vacuuming heights. This includes cleaning cobwebs, vents, ceiling fans, and anything else up high.
• Vacuuming carpets and hard floors. Scraping up food as needed.
• Mopping floors with a microfiber mop. Mop heads are changed immediately after bathrooms to prevent contamination of other rooms.

When BnB cleans a location for the first time, we need to bring the location up to our quality standards, which will take longer than a normal Standard Clean.

Deep Cleans include all Standard Cleaning items plus the following items as selected by the homeowner:

• Cleaning Doors and Door Trim
• Baseboards
• Outside of cabinets
• Inside of Windows
• Window blinds
• Inside of Ovens *Add On
• Carpet Cleans *Add On
• Inside of Refrigerators *Add On

*Add On items are not added to the quote unless by client request

Deep Cleaning items focused in one area for a period of time during each Standard Clean.

Dusting/Polishing of Bathrooms, plus vacuuming all floors and mopping hard floors. This is a great option to get to know our company and our cleaners, and is a flat rate of $65. This can be one-time only cleans or can be recurring.
